Location: Monroe Township, NJ

Pay Range: $35-40

W2 Contract. Contractor will provide strategic directions for pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery.

Responsibilities
• Resolve client issues, billing, rapport and relationships
• Manage CRM data in SAP/S4 Hana
• Collaborate with internal teams for sales targets
• Process orders and manage client expectations
• Provide excellent and timely communications

Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft 365 required
• HS Diploma/GED required
• SalesForce CRM Platform or similar experience
• SAP/S4 Hana or other advanced ERP system experience
• Knowledgeable of A/R processes within the ERP system
• Prior experience with a field service organization a plus
